Choose how you'll meet with clients. Most coaches use one recurring Zoom link for all sessions — it's the simplest setup. Connect your Zoom account for unique meeting links per booking.
Use a recurring meeting link so the same link works for every session. In Zoom: go to Meetings → Schedule a Meeting → check “Recurring meeting” with No Fixed Time → copy that link and paste it here.

SavedEmail reminders fire automatically at 48 hours, 24 hours, and 1 hour before each session. SMS reminders are opt-in — clients choose at booking time when this is on.
Clients can override this on a per-booking basis.
Get a text the moment a client confirms a booking with you. Requires the platform Twilio account to be configured.
